Had a great workout today. My body feels pretty good; at least better than it did a few weeks ago.

With a partner:

20 Rounds of Cindy (alternating rounds)
5 Pull-ups
10 HR Push-ups
15 Squats

straight into...

5 RFT:
400m Run
30 Box Jumps (24")
30 Wall-balls

34.44. Went with sets of 15, everything unbroken. Great day in the gym, it's awesome to be back.
