Did the 'competition class' this AM ... had a good time getting this in and getting a little bit tougher conditioning piece in. Felt a bit tired when I woke up, but once I got rolling on this I felt solid.

-Triples went 135#, doubles 165# and singles 175# … felt fast and strong here.

Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20”)
-8:15 … unbroken … this was fun and challenging, definitely the most C2B’s I’ve done in such a short time frame in a long while… I was happy to get them all unbroken and move through this fairly confidently… the BBJO definitely gassed me out, but tried to move through them consistently and not be so gassed I couldn’t get the C2B unbroken. Fun stuff, solid training.
PM Workout (1630)
5 Mile Aerobic Run
-Complete ... untimed, just ran my usual 5 mile route untimed ... enjoyed getting this in and not stressing about the outcome at all and just moving through this.
