I was a little sore in my lower body today. I got out the door in the early afternoon. Today looked like this:
15 minute easy run to a pull-up/dip bar. Then:
10,9,8,7...1 of:
Bar Dips
Dead-hang Pull-ups
Hand Release Push-ups
Jump Squats
15 minute easy cool-down run.
Today was pretty easy, not too challenging. I tried to keep the intensity high.
