1 Rep Max Weighted Strict Pull-up: 70#, went for 79# but needed a little kip to get over the top.

35 Hang Power Cleans (95#)
2 Rds + 26 Box Jumps. Weird programming, but a solid metcon nonetheless. Everything felt good.
