I felt great today. No lifting, but some solid body weight work.

100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats
18.06. The push-ups were by far the most time consuming part. Overall a solid effort. I had some solid athletes to train with and went hard. Great day in the gym.
Rest 10 minutes then...
1 Mile Run @ 80% effort. Felt solid.
