Still up in Maine ... Had some extra time to myself today and really wanted to hit something hard. Made up the workout on the spot and had a fun time getting after it.
EMOM 60 Minutes:
-Odd: 1 Round of 'Cindy' (5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Squats)
-Even: ~150m trail run (unknown distance)
-Finished this guy out right around 61 minutes. I kind of wanted to stop around 40 minutes, but then just pushed it to 50 and then I figured I would just try to finish. The run started to get challenging to finish within the time interval, but overall a very solid aerobic/stamina workout. Fun day in the sun.
