Rest a few minutes then...
~1.5 mile run
-3 Rd + a few Ski Cals ... 13:25 ... took the first part at a moderate aerobic effort and took the run very easy ... was just doing this run to feel out my achilles tendon ... about 10 days ago when I ran for 20+ minutes it hurt ... hopefully the rest/strengthening of the calf muscles now has me trending in the right direction.
