I would consider today active rest. The workout on the second day of the certification was a modified fight gone bad; it looked like this:
2 Rounds:
Wall-Balls
KB (53#) SDHP
Box Jumps (20") - Games Standard
Push-Press (75#)
1 Minute rest
I don't remember my reps. I didn't go anywhere near 100% speed, just kept moving.
The cert was a great experience. I've got to say I love CrossFit as much as anyone has ever loved anything. It's definitely a passion of mine of many levels. I'll leave it at that for now. Excited for a day of complete rest and some intense workouts this week.
