12/31/12

I was surprised by how great I felt today. Solid session. It's great to be back.

Back Squat - 4 Sets of 5 @ 75% (300#)
-Felt solid, didn't go crazy on these, easing back into things.

Rest 5 minutes then...

For time:
10 to 1 - Squat Clean (115#)
1 to 10 - Wall-balls

-Unbroken in 10.50. Solid workout on the legs/lungs.

Rest 40 minutes then...

EMOM 15 minutes:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
20 Double-unders

-Complete, solid training. Everything felt really good.
