Complete Rest ... wanted to get something in today... but work hours were really long and I just didn't really have it in me at the end of day... plus we are running the endurance course tomorrow (obstacle course and then a 5 mile run with an m16 and moderate load) so I didn't want to do anything too hard that would affect that ... looking forward to some free time this weekend to actually workout.
