Short Running Intervals
4 x 400m @ 2 minutes rest
-Result =
78, 78, 78, 80 .... not my fastest 400s, but happy to get these in pain-free. My goal for these was hit my goal mile pace (5:20 / :80 400s) ... was consistent here. Good stuff.
