Back Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift
1 set x 1 rep
Work up to opening attempts in Back Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift for the Mock Meet.
-Openers went:
-405# back squat
-250# bench press
-490# deadlift
-Was hoping to do slightly more than this for my openers... these might be my final warm-up lifts on max day, not my openers ... but I drove home about 4.5 hours early this morning and my body was feeling generally tight/tired and I did these lifts without a spotter alone in my basement... we will see what happens on Sunday when I max out... I felt really strong going into this taper.
