Active Recovery Day.

Currently traveling and put this workout together on the spot in the hotel gym. Got in a short warm-up and then did a super easy restorative session.

On a 30:00 clock:

15:00 easy bike 
@ 4:00, 8:00, 12:00 complete:
 6 Alt DB Snatch (50#)
 6 Burpees 
:30 Plank
:30 Side Plank - R
:30 Side Plank - L 

15:00 easy running (on treadmill) 

-Complete ... got a tiny sweat from this, was nice to move.
