-24:10 … cruised through this at a decent pace … unbroken on all exercises … happy to cruse through the sets of 11 SHSPU and feel decent throughout this.

Super Easy 5 Mile Run
-Complete, untimed … ran my typical 5 mile route at an easy pace, probably around 9-10ish minutes, nice to get in after a very busy week.
