My body is smoked from yesterday... posterior chain is fucked hard... haven't been dead-lifting much and I'm really feel those from yesterday. I also went really hard on that snatch and chipper... Whatever it was, my body is thrashed today. I wanted to get in some more movement, but was pretty much limited to upper body pressing. Got the invictus stuff in from last week that I wanted to (jerk/pressing) and then put some more stuff in on the spot. Nothing too high intensity, just solid movement with a good friend of mine from Hamburg.

-No missed reps, felt a little weak after yesterday.
B.
Strict Press 5-5-5-5-5
-95#, 135#, 140#, 145#, 150#. Complete, no missed reps, felt a little ripped up... tough effort.
C.

-Solid pump, fun stuff, felt really strong.
