Dropped into a local crossfit gym in Austin. Just did the workout on the board. It happened to be a partner workout, my girlfriend and I crushed it and had the fastest time of the day.
For Time (one partner working at a time):
100 Push-ups
150 KBS (53/35#)
200 Air Squats
600m Run (Together)
200 Air Squats
150 KBS (53/35#)
100 Push-ups
-23:24 ... very aerobic, wasn't too taxing.
