Complete Rest ... was going to train today, but had to call it a day and take rest.
Started getting a sore throat last night ... ended up waking up today decently sick.
Meals for the Day:
1030 - 1 Rx Bar
1430 (cheat) - Eggs, Sausage, Potatoes, JalapeƱos, Mixed Fruit + leftover indian food (chicken/rice/bread/curry)
1800 - 1 Quest Bar
1930 - Chickpea Pasta, Chicken, Spinach
2030 - 1/2 Quest Bar, Almond Butter
