Rest day on the lifting program, put this together on the spot and flowed through it, was good to move.

8 Rounds, at a continuous 70-75% aerobic effort:
12/10 Cals Bike (~65 RPM) 
:30 Ring Plank
30 KB Overhead March Steps (15 each arm) - 53/35# 

-This took about 19 minutes, was good aerobic movement
