Min 2 - 12 Burpees
Min 3 - 12/9 Cal Ski
Min 4 - :40 Plank (tall)
Min 1 - 12/9 Cal Assault Bike
Min 2 - 12 Burpees
Min 3 - 12/9 Cal Ski
Min 4 - :40 Plank (tall)
-Complete ... tried to stay as consistent as possible, completing each minute's interval around :40 ... stayed on pace consistently and got a nice sweat. Not too taxing, but was a good way to start the day.
