8 Mile Easy Run
-1:16 ... about a 9:20-:30 pace ... still in Maine for the long weekend ... had a fun/easy run ... it was about 60 degrees and sunny with a slight breeze. Enjoyed getting this in and sweating out some of the beers I had yesterday. Easy run, great way to start the day.
