AM Workout (0545)

Today was a solid workout at home ... lots of lighter weights and shorter rest intervals ... felt decent throughout and got a solid upper body pump.

Bench Press

5.1 Mile Run ... total running time of 43:30 ... about an 8:30 average pace ... fun stuff ... nice to get out and run around the National Mall to break up the workout. Great conditions for December, about 55 degrees and sunny.
