Did the CF class this morning ... lots of good gymnastics reps today, which was fun and exactly what I need to work on ... got busy at work today and generally feeling beat up from this week's workouts... shifted my PM workout to tomorrow.

Odd Sets: 6 Bar Muscle-ups
Even Sets: 12 Strict HSPU
-Complete … everything unbroken excecpt the last set of HSPU that went 10/2 … felt decent throughout this.
B.

12 Box Jumps (w/ step-down to 24/20”)
