I had really strange work hours today. I worked from 0430 to 1400. I didn't get much sleep, a little under 5 hours. Today was a rest day and I got a 2 hour nap in the afternoon.
Meal 1 - Whey (27g), Flax (12g), 1 Plumb
Meal 2 - 1 Turkey Sandwhich
Meal 3 - 2 Chicken Sausages, 1 cup Milk
Meal 4 - 1 Steak, 2 cups Broccoli
