Today I was out of town for thanksgiving, but I went to a local affiliate and ended up getting in a fun session. I just did the WOD off the board and then fooled around for a little bit.

-Don't remember my rounds, but this was really fun! Overall a fun day in the gym, I really enjoyed myself today and didn't worry about my performance at all. Stress free, the way training should be!
