I was surprised how great I felt in the gym today considering all the abnormal things I ingested yesterday.

-Easy 1 mile run. 

For time:
1000m Row 

Then...
10 Rds:
5 HSPU
10 Air Squats 

1000m Row 

My time was right around 24 minutes. I don't remember exactly. I didn't have to do any singles on the HSPU, but they were not fast.

Rest 10 minutes then...

150 Sit-ups.

-Didn't time them, all 150 unbroken.

-Easy 1 mile run.
