Today was my first bout of exercise in a week. I've been eating a lot less over this past week. No exercise = no appetite. I'm glad I got moving, today was more of an ease back into movement than a training session.
EMOM 20:
-Odd - :30 airdyne @ 90%
-Even - :30 plank hold
-Did a 10 minute-ish cool-down of stretching/mobility/hip circle drills.
