Today was more team practice stuff, put in a little metcon there at the end. I wanted to get my heart rate up a little bit today. Didn't feel great on anything, looking forward to resting tomorrow.

-5.30. The other men on the team beat me by about 2 minutes. HSPUs were 8/1, 2/2/2, 1/1/1. Rough for me... strict HSPU are awful for me.

-Had to break up the set of 7 HSPU on the second and third sets. They were rough after the strict HPSU/floor press/wall-ball.
