Today was my first day back at the gym. Had a doctor's appointment yesterday... still have a small amount of inflammation in my hand. But I feel good enough / body is rested up and ready to start training again. Had a decent workout, went about 85% percent, nothing crazy. Still laying off using my hand until Monday.

16 GHD Sit-ups
330m Run
-30:20. Good aerobic effort, paced it out from the first round, everything unbroken at the same pace. Squatting and GHDs felt fine. Hips / quads were pretty tight afterward. Felt good to get everything moving. Definitely looking forward to running more over the coming weeks and months of summer.
