Had a fun morning with my team. Went through the workouts on the third day of regionals.

A. Team Event 7
For Time (in pairs):
500m Row
125 Double-unders
50 Dead-lifts
50 T2B

-Went through this really fast, we should do well as a team here.


B. Team Event 8
For time:
49 Pull-ups
7 OHS (185#)

-I didn't get my time, but I kind of fucked up this workout. I went 29/10/10 on the pull-ups and it kind of messed me up for the OHS. I missed the first snatch, proceeded to power clean and back rack the barbell, went up easy. Then went 6/1 for the squats. Can't believed I missed that 7th rep. It was kind of embarrassing, I will retest this soon and get those squats unbroken.
