Today was a very simple, but intense training session. Lifting is still feeling rough... HSPUs felt terrible, they always do after not doing them for a few weeks. I'm not too unhappy about it though, just easing back into things. Muscle-ups feel great. Looking forward to letting my body recover tomorrow and to hit it hard on Thursday.

Jerk behind the neck - heavy single; 80% of HS x 1 x 3
Power snatch - 70% (155#) x 3 x 5
Push Press - 70% (185#) x 5 x 3
-Jerk: 255#, failed 275# twice... not feeling that today. Not surprised that maxing out a lift after two weeks of being sedentary doesn't feel great haha. 80% singles done at 225#.
B.
3 Sets of Max Muscle-ups, 2:00 rest
-5,5,5. More there... just easing back into things.
C.
AMRAP 10:
15 Strict Stationary Dips
5 HSPU
5 Burpees
-3 Rounds. This was retarded hard, lots of time staring at that dip station.
