Meals for the Day: 

0800 - Eggs, 2 Sausage, 1 Bacon, Potatoes, Peppers, 2 Cups Black Coffee

1030 - Beef Jerky, Mixed Nuts, 1 Cup Kefir

1230 - Paleo Lasagna, 1 Apple

(Cheat Meal) - From 1800 - 2400 - Wine, Beers, German Currywurst, French Fries
