1000 - 3 Eggs, 3 Slices Ham, 8 Dates, 1 Cup Kefir
1300 - Beef Jerky, Guacamole, 8 Dates
1700 - Chicken Sausage, 1 Greek Yogurt, 8 Dates
2000 - Steak, Green Beans, Butternut Squash
