-Complete ... more of warm-up than anything, but the gym had it on the board as a workout... I felt very warm and ready for anything after this.

Min 2 - Suitcase Carry Box Step-Ups (24/20") @ 53# KB
Min 3 - Thrusters (45/35#)
Min 4 - Rest
