Jumped into the crossfit class as today is my lower body day and the class workout was a solid lower body session ... got in the class (parts A and B) and then snuck in C after class to get in some accessory work. Fun stuff, nice to to start the day... but I definitely felt a bit beat up from this. 


A.

Every :90 for 15 minutes (10 sets) of:

2 Squat Cleans 


-185#, 205#, 225#, 225#, 245#, 245#, 265#, 265#, 275#, 275# … overall this was fun and I felt decent throughout despite being sore from the deadlifts on Wednesday and still being slightly sick… fun to get this in. 


B.

AMRAP 9:

7 Lateral Burpees over-the-bar

5 Front Squats (155/105#)


-8 rds + 8 reps  … this was rough conditioning for me… haven’t been training much like this and it kicked my ass. Fun/hard crossfit.


C.

3 Sets:

20 GHD Sit-ups

20 Barbell Calf Raises (135#)

Rest :90
