Today was an overall decent workout... lots of lower body/posterior chain work... haven't been focusing on workouts like this during this year... definitely felt tougher than I am used to, but overall happy to get this in and I appreciate the variation in training. 

A.

Deadlift

3 sets x 10 reps @ 65% (325#)

65% of your one rep max deadlift, in the style you choose.


-Complete ... no chalk, no belt, in my running shoes ... felt heavier than usual!


B.

Pause Back Squat

1 set x 5 reps

Work up to a 5 rep max


-135#, 225#, 295#, 315# no belt, in my running shoes ... rough.


C.

RDL's

3 sets x 15 reps

Choose a challenging weight.

D.

Narrow Grip Neutral Pull-ups

3 sets x max reps

Body weight.


-3x10 ... not true ME, but got in good reps


E.

Dumbbell Row

3 sets x 12 reps

12 reps each side


-60# DB


F.

Good Mornings

3 sets x 12 reps


-135#


G.

3 Sets:

Smith Machine Calf Raises x 20 reps (180#)

'Durante Core' x 12 reps each movement
