Today was a lower body / cardio day ... put this workout together in my basement and had a good time. Felt fit throughout this workout.

Back Squat

10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats
-18 Rds + 5 Strict Pull-ups ... nice sweat/pump.
C.
3 sets:
15 Stick Sit Ups
30 Flutter Kicks (each side)
20 Barbell Calf Raises (135#)
*Rest 2:00 b/t sets
