0900 - 3 Eggs, 2 Slices Ham, Oatmeal, Greek Yogurt, 1 TBSP Chocolate Chips

1300 - Turkey and Vegetable Soup, a few slices of Mango, 1/3 Cup Cashews, 1 Quest Bar

1700 - Paleo Bulgogi Beef, Cauliflower Rice, 1 Lara Bar, 1 Greek Yogurt, 1 Quest Bar

1945 - Turkey and Vegetable Soup, a little bit of Chickpea Pasta
