0700 - Whey Protein, Fish Oil, 1 Starbucks Breakfast Sandwich, 16 oz Coffee w/ Cream

1200 - 6 oz Chicken, 1/2 Sweet Potato, 1 Cup Veggies, Fish Oil, 10 Almonds

1600 - 6 oz Chicken, 1/2 Sweet Potato, 1 Cup Veggies, Fish Oil, 1 oz Cheese

1945 - 3.5 oz Chicken, 1/2 Sweet Potato, 1 Cup Veggies, 1 oz Cheese, 1 Cup Kefir
