Today was an okay workout... I didn't feel very good on anything. Maybe these running workouts and the lower cals are catching up with me... My work schedule has also been crazy, adding to my lack of rest / general fatigue. Anyway, today was not a great session, but got through everything and tried to make the most out of it. Not too happy about the snatching and the benching... felt weak overall and missed some numbers I shouldn't be missing.
