I'm not in crossfit shape at the moment, but my local gym asked me if I'd come do this workout. Overall it was fun to breath and sweat. I didn't really know what to expect given I havent' been doing much crossfit at all ... I just tried to remain consistent, not gas out and not get rhabdo. I enjoyed getting this in, hopefully my schedule will allow more CF in the near future.
For time:
21 dumbbell snatches, arm 1
21 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
21 dumbbell snatches, arm 2
21 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
15 dumbbell snatches, arm 1
15 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
15 dumbbell snatches, arm 2
15 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
9 dumbbell snatches, arm 1
9 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
9 dumbbell snatches, arm 2
9 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
♀ 35-lb dumbbell
♂ 50-lb dumbbell
Time cap: 15 minutes
-Result = 10:11 ... the splits I remeber were about 4:20 for finishing the sets of 21 and 8-ish for finishing the sets of 15 ... unbroken DB Snatches and kept the burpees at a slow consistent pace until the final set of 9. Not doing the Open or re-doing any workouts this year given I haven't been training, but it was nice to go hangout for a bit and do a CF workout.
