Today was a great restorative session ... it was good to move and sweat with zero stress attached to an outcome in the gym and just enjoy myself.

Turkish Get-up (light) - 4 reps per arm 
KB Side Bends - 3 sets of 20 reps/side 
Ab Wheel Rollouts 3 sets of 10 reps
Minimal Rest

-35# for the get-ups, 53# for the side-bends
