8 Mile Run
-1:18 .. ran about a 9:45 average mile pace ... took this nice and easy at a conversational pace. Ran from our cabin in Maine to an old 18th century cemetary in Maine. Really nice rolling hills, although it was a bit hot and muggy this morning depsite running at around 8 am. This is one of my favorite runs, it was great to get out of the house early and start my 4th of July with this run.
