Had a decent lifting session today ... didn't feel particularly great coming off the holiday, have had a bit of weird food/alcohol/less sleep than normal ... but overall didn't stress about the weights today and just got a solid pump.
A.
Bench Press
5 sets: 5 reps RPE - 7-8
*Rest 2:00-2:30 b/t sets
then…
10, 15, 20 + 1 max set CGBP at 95#
-Result = 5x5 at 225# ... 205# for 10, 185# x 15, 155# x 18 (couldn't get 20), 25 reps at 95# CGBP ... got a nice pump from this ... didn't have a spotter or I would have increased the weights a bit.

Incline DB Bench Press
4 sets: 10 reps – RPE 7
