-6:25 ... did the first set of MU unbroken ... consistent singles on the cleans ... second set of muscle-ups was broken up a bit more ... I almost slipped off the rings on my first few reps as I was so sweaty... but overall got through this fairly well, it was fun to train ring MU again ... it has been a long time!

Tabata Abs
-Complete ... bunch of different ab movements for a total of 8 minutes of tabata ... not too taxing.
