 Rested :60 - :90 on all the sets today … kept the weights light and rest intervals short. Transitioning over the next few weeks to a new training block and will be getting in some lighter bodybuilding stuff the next two weeks. Got a big tricep pump from this.

Close Grip 1 and 1/4 Bench Press (3 second eccentric and 2 second pause) x 6 reps 


-135# across … went light here, but this was still a suprisingly tough pump with a lot of ecccentric time.
