200m Run
10 Hang Power Cleans (95#)
7.17. Fast workout, lungs felt good.
Rest 10 minutes then...
4 x 20 GHD Sit-ups @ 60 seconds rest
8 x 5 Weighted Strict Pull-ups (25#) @ 60 seconds rest
