Meal 2 - 4 Eggs, 2 Slices Bacon, 1 Banana, 2 TBSP Almond Butter
Meal 3 - 10 oz Steak, 2 Cups Mushrooms, 30 Macadamias
Meal 4 - Protein Shake, 10 Almonds, 10 Macadamias
Meal 5 (Cheat Meal) - Sushi, had about 15 pieces, delicious.
Meal 6 - 3 Eggs, 30 Macadamias, 15 Blackberries
