Mobiltiy/abs day ... very easy/low stress. 

A.
30 Minutes Yoga/Mobility

-Complete ... followed along a random yoga youtube video, was on the easier side, but it was really nice to flow through this. 

B.
Every 5 for 10 (5 sets) of:
'Durante Core' x 12 reps each movement 

-Complete
