Today was a lighter / easier workout overall ... felt strong on the bench and then everything else went light/low rest intervals. Nice way to start the day / week after a long weekend of parenting. 


A.

Bench Press 

5 sets: 5 Reps – @ 75 - 80% of 1RM  (225-240#)
*Rest 2:00-2:30 b/t sets

Incline DB Bench Press 

4 sets: 10 reps - RPE 7
