Today was a solid CF class ... snatches felt solid, which was surprising after the last few days training and squatting ... overall enjoyed getting this in and I really enjoyed the metcon, I really pushed the pace and got a lot of intensity out of this. 

A.

3 Snatches + 1 OHS @ 66-71% (155+)

1 Snatches + 1 OHS @ 76-81% (185+) 


-Triples went = 155# across

-Doubles went = 175#, 175#, 185#

-Singles = 195#, 205#, 215#

9/7 Cal Row 


-17:42 unbroken ... nice sweat, definitely a solid workout for me as I flowed though this very consistently.
